CCPerk helps users analyze their credit card spending patterns and recommends suitable credit cards based on those patterns. This is done through:

• User-input card data
• Analysis of credit card transaction emails
• Providing insights and personalized recommendations

2User Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3Account and Access

• You can create an account using your mobile number.
• Optional personal details (name, email, age, income, etc.) can be added to improve personalization.

4Location Permissions and Consent

By granting location permissions, you authorize us to:

• Access your precise location (GPS coordinates) through your mobile device.
• Collect location data only when the app is running.
• Use your location to identify nearby stores, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Send you location-based notifications about relevant credit card offers, deals, and rewards at nearby retailers.
• Provide personalized recommendations for credit cards based on your frequent merchant locations.

Location permissions are optional. The app's core features (credit card analysis and recommendations) will function without location access. However, location-based features and offers will not be available if you deny location permissions.

You can manage location permissions at any time through your device settings.

5Privacy

Our use of your data, including location information, is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key highlights:

• We do not sell or share your data (including location data) with third parties.
• Data is securely stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Firebase is used for crash monitoring and location-based notifications.
• Your location is used solely to provide personalized, location-aware offers and recommendations.

6Intellectual Property

All content, designs, features, and code in the app are the intellectual property of CCPerk or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any software used

7Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others on the platform

You can initiate this process directly within the application by navigating to the profile section and selecting the "Delete Account" option. Once your request is submitted, we will permanently delete your account along with all associated data, including personal information subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require data retention.
