1Overview of the Service

CCPerk helps users analyze their credit card spending patterns and recommends suitable credit cards based on those patterns. This is done through:

• User-input card data
• Analysis of credit card transaction emails
• Providing insights and personalized recommendations

2User Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3Account and Access

• You can create an account using your mobile number.
• Optional personal details (name, email, age, income, etc.) can be added to improve personalization.

4Smart Picks Permissions and Consent

Accessibility Service

CCPerk requests Android Accessibility Service permission solely to identify product information displayed within supported shopping applications in order to recommend suitable credit cards, cashback offers and reward benefits.

Accessibility Service is NOT used to:

• Read passwords
• Read OTPs
• Read banking credentials
• Read personal messages
• Capture keystrokes
• Record your screen

Usage Access

CCPerk requests Usage Access permission only to determine when a supported shopping application becomes active so Smart Picks can provide recommendations.

This permission is not used to monitor browsing history, personal files, messages or other private information.

Display over Other Apps (Overlay)

CCPerk requests Overlay permission to display Smart Picks recommendation cards while you browse supported shopping applications.

Overlay permission is NEVER used to:

• Capture your screen
• Record touch events
• Access your camera
• Access your microphone
• Collect personal information

These permissions may be disabled at any time through Android Settings. Disabling them may limit Smart Picks functionality.

5Location Permissions and Consent

By granting location permissions, you authorize us to:

• Access your precise location (GPS coordinates) through your mobile device.
• Collect location data only when the app is running.
• Use your location to identify nearby stores, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Send you location-based notifications about relevant credit card offers, deals, and rewards at nearby retailers.
• Provide personalized recommendations for credit cards based on your frequent merchant locations.

Location permissions are optional. The app's core features (credit card analysis and recommendations) will function without location access. However, location-based features and offers will not be available if you deny location permissions.

You can manage location permissions at any time through your device settings.

6Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy .

We use trusted service providers including:

• Firebase
• MongoDB Atlas
• Azure Application Insights

Key highlights:

• We never sell or share your data (including location data) with third parties.
• Data is securely stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Firebase is used for crash monitoring and location-based notifications.
• Your location is used solely to provide personalized, location-aware offers and recommendations.
• Accessibility Service, Usage Access and Overlay permissions are used only to provide Smart Picks functionality.

7Intellectual Property

All content, designs, features, and code in the app are the intellectual property of CCPerk or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any software used

8Acceptable Use (Restrictions)

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to misuse Smart Picks permissions.
• Attempt to interfere with Accessibility Service functionality.
• Use the application for fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to CCPerk systems.
• Reverse engineer or modify the application.
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others on the platform

9Rewards and Perks

10Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes or interruptions.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unauthorized way.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can initiate this process directly within the application by navigating to the profile section and selecting the "Delete Account" option. Once your request is submitted, we will permanently delete your account along with all associated data, including personal information subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require data retention. If you experience any issues with this process, you may contact our support team for assistance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

15Smart Picks Feature

Smart Picks combines Usage Access, Accessibility Service and Overlay permission to recommend suitable credit cards while you browse supported shopping applications.

• All permissions require your explicit consent.
• Permissions can be revoked at any time.
• The app continues to function without these permissions, although Smart Picks recommendations may be limited.
• No passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, personal messages, or sensitive personal information are collected using these permissions.

17Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
